Empire Group of Companies has started leasing single family, build-to-rent homes at Village at Schnepf Farms.

Village at Schnepf Farms is a 144 unit gated single-family, build-to-rent community located at the northwest corner of Rittenhouse and Cloud roads. The community offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with floor plans ranging from 680 square feet to 1,282 square feet.

The approximately 13-acre site is located adjacent to Schnepf Farms.

The Empire Group takes pride in building strong relationships with our land sellers,” stated Richard Felker, founder of the Empire Group of Companies, in a press release. We worked closely with the owner and operator of Schnepf Farms, Mark Schnepf, to plan a development that incorporated interior design and architecture with modern farmhouse elements to honor the history of this familys establishment and rural character of the region.”

Amenities at Village at Schnepf Farms include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool with spa, BBQ area, ramada, car wash station, dog park and washing station, and playground.
