Queen Creek's new Fry's Marketplace opens next week

Posted

Queen Creek’s new Fry’s Marketplace will be opening its doors next week.

A spokesperson for Fry's  confirmed that a grand opening celebration will take place at 7 a.m., Wednesday, May 1 at 2265 E. Queen Creek Road.

The Fry’s is part of the Hudson Station development located at the southwest corner of Signal Butte and Queen Creek roads.

At the grand opening, Fry’s will be giving away gift cards and handing out samples. There will also be live music, cheerleaders, “and a ton of other festivities to celebrate,” Queen Creek Town Council Member Jeff Brown stated on his Facebook page.

The new Fry’s has been about two years in the making.

In June 2022, the Queen Creek Town Council approved a rezoning and commercial site plan for Hudson Station that included the grocery store as well as two new residential developments.
