I believe that the city of Surprise should absolutely support or run this really great facility. We are in a cultural desert out here.
It’s a long drive to the amenities in Phoenix and Scottsdale, and with the huge growth in the West Valley, we need a venue for the performing arts to enrich all of our lives.
I’m betting it would be a big money maker for Surprise, too. We need music, plays, comedy, dance, symphonies. The Vista is a beautiful and centrally located space that could benefit all of us.
