Community Clean-Up Day takes place on Saturday and it's your chance to get rid of items that can't just be thrown away
This event runs from 8 a.m. to noon at Heritage Park, 600 N. Main St.
This event allows residents to safely dispose of items like batteries, a maximum of four tires, scrap metal, appliances and electronic waste, according to a post on the town’s Facebook site.
Waste Connections of Arizona is partnering with the town for this event.
As a reminder, for non-hazardous items, curbside bulk pickup is available on the second Monday of each month and can be reserved by visiting https://www.florenceaz.gov/bulktrash.
