Yolanda passed away on Tuesday, April 9th of 2024. She was 96. Yolanda moved to Sun City West, AZ in 1992. She was born on April 6th, 1928, in Cortland NY to John and Philomena Passalugo. She was the 7th of eight siblings: Carmela (Jake) Daniels, John (Arlene) Passalugo, Josephine (John) Finamore, Ralph (Beverly) Passalugo, Edith (Joe)DeSanto, Nick (Carmen) Passalugo, and Ronnie (Mickey) Passalugo all deceased. Yolanda married Robert J. Curtis in December of 1957 and lived in Beaver Dam, WI. They moved to Janesville, WI in 1961 until 1992. She worked as a realtor for 17 years. She was active in the Catholic Church, was a member of several women’s clubs and bridge groups. Upon moving to Sun City West, she continued as a Realtor. She continued her work in the Catholic Church, was an active member in several groups and organizations and continued playing bridge as much as possible. Yolanda is survived by her four children: Mark of Sun City West, John and wife Sara of Prescott AZ, Sylvia Curtis of Surprise, AZ and Paul of Novi, MI. Yolanda also has numerous nieces and nephews: John (Sharon) Daniels of Cortland NY, Gary (Judy) Daniels of Leander TX, David (Debbie) Passalugo of Hewitt TX, John Michael (Anne) Finamore of Cortland NY, Ralph (Passalugo (deceased), Bobbie Passalugo of Webster NY, Eddie (Genie) Passallugo of Hewitt TX, Jack Passalugo of S.C and Patti Sopp of Hewitt TX, Joseph (Sandy) DeSanto of Cortland NY, and Susan (Steve) Petruso (deceased), Paul (Nancy) Passalugo of Cleburne TX, Denise of and Michelle (Joe) Hale, Regina Passalugo and Ronnie (Kim) Passalugo of CT and Annette.
