Hop Central Brewing and Taproom, located on the southwest corner of Ray and Rural roads in West Chandler, said it’s entering into a partnership that will help benefit Maui wildfire victims.
Hop Central will partner with Dark Sky Brewing of Flagstaff for a “Kōkua Project.”
Kōkua, according to several Hawaiian business websites, is a Hawaiian word for help or unselfish acts for others.
A project initiated by Maui Brewing has united breweries across the U.S., including at least 15 Arizona facilities, with each brewing a session IPA and donating all of the profits to a victim fund.
Hop Central is located at 5055 W. Ray Road, No. 2 in West Chandler.
