Meyers: Monster buildings should not be allowed in Sun City

This letter is the to the owner of the “monster building” (“Large garage is within all the rules,” Sun City Independent, Feb. 1, 2023).

How would he feel if a neighbor moved in two large dogs that barked 24/7? How would feel if a neighbor moved several grandchildren with motor bikes and loved to roller skate around his sidewalks?

If he can afford a large motorhome, he should pay parking in a designated area.

Really, this is thinking of no one except themselves.
