Kenny Chesney to bring summer tour to Phoenix

Posted

Country superstar Kenny Chesney will hit Phoenix on his Sun Goes Down Tour this summer.

With 23 stadium shows across the U.S., Chesney will visit Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre on Wednesday, July 24.

“It takes a lot of work to put together a stadium-sized show, and that’s actually part of the fun,” Chesney shared in a press release. “But you can get so busy with all the details that go into a stadium show, it captures your focus... and then you look up, and you realize that there’s also this thing that’s smaller and more intimate, and you want that, too.”

Joining him for the show will be People’s Choice Awards Female Country Artist of the Year nominee and Country Music Association Song of the Year and Best New Artist nominee Megan Moroney.

Tickets go on sale to the general public at 9 a.m. Friday, Feb. 16 here.
