A pair of Frontier Airlines jetliners pass each other on the runway at Denver International Airport on Jan. 16, 2024. The airline’s expansion into 38 new markets includes a three-day “mega sale” on flights from Phoenix to Los Angeles and to St. Louis.
Frontier Airlines will launch nonstop service from various airports across the U.S. and internationally in April, May, and June, and for a short time flights from Phoenix are available cheap.
New service from Sky Harbor International Airport to Los Angeles starts April 10, and Frontier is offering limited-time $19 one-way fares for daily service to LAX. New service from Sky Harbor to St. Louis also starts April 10 with a limited time offering of $59 one-way fares four days a week to STL.
Upgrades to premium extra-legroom stretch seating start at $19 per passenger, per flight segment.
Fares during this “mega sale” must be purchased by 9:59 p.m. Arizona time Thursday, Jan. 25. Fares are valid for nonstop travel Monday through Thursday, and Saturday, through June 5, 2024.
“This is a massive expansion of our operation from coast to coast and internationally as part of our focus on growing in underserved and overpriced routes,” Josh Flyr, Frontier Airlines vice president of network and operations design, shared in a press release.
The following 2024 blackout travel dates apply: Feb. 8-12, 15-16, 19-20; March 1-4, 7-11, 14-18, 21-25, 28-31; April 1-2, 4-7, 15, 18-21; and May 24-27.
Fourteen-day advance purchase is required. Round trip purchase is not required.
All reservations are non-refundable, except that refunds are allowed for reservations made seven days (168 hours) or more prior to departure and provided that a refund request is made within 24 hours of initial reservation.
