ORION Investment Real Estate adds four to multifamily division

Scottsdale-based ORION Investment Real Estate begins 2020 with the expansion of its multifamily division as veteran brokers Linda Fritz-Salazar, Jon Coffen, Arvle Knight and Angie Ritchie join the ranks.

“We’re excited to continue our growth with the addition of top-notch individuals who are committed to providing superior service to their clients while maintaining a high standard of ethics,” Sean Stutzman, principal and designated broker at ORION, said in a prepared statement.

“Linda, Jon, Arvle and Angie bring a wealth of brokerage experience and a desire to continue to grow their business.”

Ms. Fritz-Salazar has specialized in multifamily brokerage since 1992, according to a press release. Her expertise covers all phases of the apartment industry, having owned and managed several of her own properties. She says this is a “people business” and relationships make successful transactions.

She is involved in a transaction from beginning to end, covering the economic analysis, marketing, due diligence, and financing. She says she is comfortable working with sellers, buyers and lenders.

Mr. Coffen has focused on helping clients in the Valley since 2002. His previous experience in acquiring and operating a national portfolio of multifamily housing allows Jonathan to underwrite a property and foresee any operating concerns from a principal’s perspective.

Mr. Knight, CCIM, lived and worked in the Northwest Valley since 2002. He has represented buyers, sellers, and tenants of office, industrial, retail properties since 2004.

He joined Kasten Long Commercial Group in 2012 to focus on representing sellers of multi-family housing in North Central Phoenix and the Northwest Valley.

Ms. Ritchie, an Arizona native, joined ORION Investment Real Estate as part of the Fritz-Salazar/Coffen team, specializing in apartment investment sales, a release states.

Her career prior to real estate has been diverse, working in finance in the hotel and casino industry in Las Vegas and in operations for a commercial contractor during the Las Vegas construction boom.

“The Phoenix commercial real estate market is red hot,” ORION’s Founding Partner Ari Spiro said in a prepared statement. “Linda, Jon, Arvle and Angie are respected in their field. We are excited to add their professionalism, experience and integrity to the ORION team.”
