Phoenix police arrest suspect in fatal West Valley shooting

A 33-year-old man has been arrested as the suspect in a shooting that occurred Monday morning near 83rd Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road, Phoenix police said.
Alvin Massenburg II was arrested April 17, interviewed and booked on multiple charges, including murder, police said, adding no other suspects are being sought.
The shooting under investigation occurred about 9 a.m. April 15. Police found Daniel Kemp, 38, with at least one gunshot wound. He died at the scene.
Detectives said that prior to the shooting Kemp was arguing with another person.
