The top three home sales in Peoria for the week of Aug. 22-28 were in the 85383 ZIP code, according to Realtor. com.
The top home sale, 23955 N. 71st Ave, sold for $1.55 million on Aug. 27. The 5,517-square-foot home on a 1.12 acre lot has 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.
The second most expensive home, 24854 N. 88th Lane, sold for $778,500 on Aug. 27. The 3,035 square foot home on a 0.29 acre lot has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
The third most expensive home, 27547 N. 125th Drive, sold for $660,000 on Aug. 26. The 2,610 square foot home on a 0.24 acre lot has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
