In cities across the country, certain streets are not just thoroughfares — they are symbols of status and sophistication that offer more than an address, but rather a lifestyle. For real estate agents, these exclusive streets represent the pinnacle of their profession because selling a property on one of these elite roads is a mark of success and expertise.
Agent Advice, a website which reviews Real Estate CRMs, commissioned a survey of 3,000 respondents to create a definitive list of the top 175 aspirational streets in America, according to a press release.
North Mummy Mountain Road in Paradise Valley placed No. 23. The town is known for its luxurious estates, and Mummy Mountain Road is particularly notable for its stunning homes that offer privacy, exclusivity and panoramic views of the Phoenix metropolitan area.
“There’s actually two different sections of the road, beginning on the south side and continuing on the north sides of Mummy Mountain, seperated by the mountain peak,” said luxury real estate expert Joan Levinson. “Both are spectacular, but they are different. Some homes on the south side have jaw-dropping views of Camelback Mountain; it looks like it is floating above the valley. From the south you can also see beautiful downtown Phoenix city lights. The north side has larger usable acreage lots with sensual views of the McDowell Mountains and Four Peaks. Both portions are quiet and serene and offer excellent privacy.”
The top 10 are as follows:
No. 1: Casey Key Road in Nokomis, Florida
No. 2: Laurel Way in Beverly Hills, California
No. 3: Gordon Drive in Naples, Florida
No. 4: South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach, Florida
No. 5: Hillside Drive in Sedona, Arizona
No. 6: West Forest Road in Vail, Colorado
No. 7: Tuxedo Road in NW Atlanta, Georgia
No. 8: Skyline Boulevard in Oakland, California
No. 9: Upper Hollow Road in Dorset, Vermont
No. 10: Nod Hill Road in Wilton, Connecticut.
“While many of the streets featured are home to some of the most luxurious properties in the country, we have to recognize that real estate agents put in a lot of time and effort marketing these roads as lifestyle destinations,” an Agent Advice spokesperson stated in the release. “Behind the scenes, they’re busy helping buyers discover their dream homes by showcasing these sought-after streets.”
