Rotraut Klein-Moquay is an internationally renowned German-French visual artist of paintings and sculptures. She's settled in Paradise Valley where she maintains her primary studio practice.

She recently completed a commissioned piece for the Barrow Institute, according to Laura Paquelet-Carpinelli with PV Arts Board. And she also has an installation at the Phoenix Botanical Garden.
