Meritage Homes will host a Grand Opening event on May 4th for a gated community near the Pebble Creek and Sedella communities in Goodyear.
The community, Abel Ranch, will feature eight floorplans, a park, fitness stations, walking trails, and more.

The May 4 event will be held at 17864 W Coolidge Street from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Prospective homebuyers can enjoy complimentary food while they explore the community and models.
