David Weekly Homes selling at Windrose in Waddell

David Weekley Homes, a large privately held national home builder, is now open for sales in the Waddell  community of Sentiero at Windrose.

The builder’s model home, The Cortessa, is open daily for tours.

Within the master-planned community of Windrose, this new section includes six floor plans ranging in size from approximately 2,300 to 3,300 square feet of living space, priced from the high $500s.

Sentiero at Windrose showcases a mixture of exterior designs, including desert transitional, farmhouse, desert prairie and Spanish architecture styles on 70-foot homesites.


The one-story model home, The Cortessa, features 2,837 square feet with four bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath and a three-car garage. The model home can be toured daily at 6811 N. 189th Lane in Waddell, from 10 a.m.–6 p.m., Sunday-Tuesday and Thursday-Saturday, and 1-6 p.m. on Wednesday.

Homeowners in Sentiero at Windrose have access to community amenities including parks, trails, open green spaces, tot lots and a covered ramada.

Sentiero at Windrose is also near The Wigwam hotel and resort and the Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium & Safari Park and close to major roadways including I-10, Loop 101 and Loop 303. It is also located near shopping, dining, and entertainment at Westgate Entertainment District. Students are zoned to attend schools in Agua Fria Union High School District.
