Theatre West opens its run of “The Pajama Game” 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 10 at Stardust Theatre, 14400 W. R.H. Johnson Blvd., Sun City West.

Shows continue through March 22.

“Romance is blossoming at the Sleep-Tite Pajama Factory in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Handsome new su-perintendent Sid Sorokin falls hard for feisty Union Rep ‘Babe’ Williams, and despite her dismissal of all things love-related, it seems she’s falling right back,” a theater news release states of the storyline. “That is, until Sleep-Tite employees are refused a seven-and-a-half cent raise, and the pair find them-selves on either side of the union protest results.”

“The Pajama Game” is co-directed by Ellen Strier and Lydia Harry. The work was written by George Ab-bott and Richard Bissell featuring music by Richard Adler and Jerry Ross.

Tickets $15, available online at theatrewest.scwclubs.com, or 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday-Friday at the R.H. Johnson box office, 19803 N. R.H. Johnson Blvd.
