Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at vacation or primary home while owners are not in residence.

AZ Hacienda Home Watch owners Steve and Char Paynter are a husband-and-wife team. Throughout their construction careers, it became apparent to them that there was an increasing need for expert Home Watch services performed by caring professionals. Together, they bring extensive and detailed knowledge of home management, providing their clients with a completely customizable program and a partner so they can have peace of mind while they are away from their homes.

Steve moved to Arizona in 1978 and has more than 40 years of home-building and construction-management experience. Char is an Arizona native with more than 40 years of commercial construction and property management experience.

The Paynters have four grown sons and 17 grandchildren. Their hobbies include sports-action photography and taking the road less traveled on their Harley Tri-Glide.

AZ Hacienda Home Watch serves the Northwest and Southwest Valley, including the Sun Cities, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale, Goodyear and Buckeye.
