DUNCAN: Country should go back to normal

We all initially shut down everything because there was a fear the virus would overwhelm the medical system.

That was controlled. We now know that only certain categories of people are at high risk but most of the population would only suffer “the flu.”

Let the country go about its business and those with high risk isolate themselves until a vaccination is available.
