COVID-19 did not stop the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution as the 129th Continental Congress went virtual to accomplish the business of the National Society.
Sun City’s Agua Fria DAR Chapter Daughters watched workshops, information sessions, business sessions and live streamed award presentations and interviews from laptops, computers, phones and various mobile devices for the five-day event.
Agua Fria Chapter Associate members Jo Beaver Andress and Marilou Beaver Fellman were found on the national stage. Ms. Andress served Arizona as State Regent from 2008 to 2010 and served as NSDAR vice president general from 2011 to 2014. Ms. Fellman served as Arizona State Regent from 2018 to 2020.
