Layman: Resident offers dog park solution in Sun City

I have a simple, and rather inexpensive, solution to the lack of large dog, small dog separation at Duffeeland Dog Park.

The park is huge, plenty of room east to west to separate the large from small. Simply construct a chain link fence north to south for separation, somewhere centralized, considering that the large dog area be somewhat larger square-foot-wise. There is already an access gate at each end.

Simple and inexpensive solution that sounds very reasonable to me, and no good reason to create another park. People would then argue which park should be the large dog park and which should be the small dog park — and on and on and on.
