Kampert: Know your rights or lose them

Posted

Believe it or not, your rights listed in the Bill of Rights are absolute. I know, you have been told otherwise. The government has no Constitutional authority to touch our rights ... none.

The job of government is to protect our right, not alter them. Our rights have been the target of government at all levels for far too long, and we have allowed it. We have allowed it through lack of education, apathy or just plain laziness. That has to change.

The current pandemic may be a blessing in disguise because it made a lot of people wake up to the fact that their rights were being subverted by government at all levels. But, at this point, it is up to us, the people, to force government to respect our rights.

The Constitution says what it says ... there is no need for any interpretation by any court or other government body. Not even the Supreme Court! We the People are being subjugated. Our rights are being taken from us.

One has only to take a look around. Our own government is playing one group against another. Praising evil and demonizing good. Protecting lawlessness and anarchy while demonizing those who stand for law and order.

What this country needs the most right now is for all patriots to stand up and demand an end to the attacks on our rights by our own government and the media.

Stand up! Make your voice heard! Demand that your government respect you and your rights!
