The Shops at Hilton Village reach maximum occupancy

RED Development recently announced The Shops at Hilton Village is fully occupied with the addition of the Scottsdale center’s newest tenant Row House.

Located on the north side of the center, 6015-6155 N. Scottsdale Road, near Slanted Rice Vietnamese Bistro, Row House opened its doors on Feb. 8 and is a boutique fitness concept offering group fitness classes that incorporate indoor rowing, resistance training and stretching, according to a press release.

Founded in New York City in 2014, Row House has since expanded with over 250 locations slated to open throughout the U.S. and Canada, offering six different class types that promise to build strength, endurance and confidence in participants.

Last fall, The Shops at Hilton Village also welcomed Matty G’s Steakburgers & Spirits, a family-owned, sports-themed restaurant and bar serving up steakburgers and sandwiches

“RED has made major strides in attracting the best local, regional and national retailers to make The Shops at Hilton Village a thriving, mixed-use destination in the heart of Scottsdale,” Christine Martin, sales and leasing manager for RED Development, said in a prepared statement.

“Whether you’re looking to take a group fitness class, shop luxury consignment, or grab a bite to eat with friends, there is truly something for everyone in the community at The Shops at Hilton Village.”

Situated on the corner of Scottsdale and McDonald roads, The Shops at Hilton Village is an upscale shopping destination within Scottsdale’s high-end dining, shopping and resort corridor.

The 93,000-square-foot center is home to over 25 retailers including Houston’s, Nekter Juice Bar, Humble Pie, To Be Continued, Chico’s and The Linen Tree.

Bordering Paradise Valley, the center’s national retailers, local boutiques, trendy restaurants and services were carefully curated to meet the needs of the surrounding affluent residents.
