Sixteen-year-old Zachary W. Astrowsky will publish another action-packed adventure.

“A Holo World,” is the second release to his debut novel featuring the leader of a trio of teenagers whose lives are stripped from them as they realize people around them have been brainwashed and implanted with a tracking device since age 14.

The sequel to his book, “The Uncontrolled,” the fiction novel delves into the aftermath of what occurred in his  first novel which dealt with themes of tracking devices, mind control, and visions of the future, according to a press release, noting that it took Mr. Astrowsky two years to write and edit the sequel.

Mr. Astrowsky stated that he hopes the public will find the story interesting as it continues where the original novel ends. He said he hopes the novel “motivates children to read.” Plus, Reading is Fundamental, the nation’s largest literacy non-profit, has partnered with him as he is considered one of their literacy leaders.

Since publishing his award-winning debut novel, Mr. Astrowsky has gone to local schools to speak to students about the importance of reading and writing, the release said.

Last spring, before the coronavirus outbreak, he presented at the Stevenson school in New York. Mr. Astrowsky has spoken to nearly 3,000 children about reading, writing, and his publishing process.

A book launch party is Oct. 17-18 at a private residence in Scottsdale, the release noted. The book, published on Amazon, can be ordered on Oct. 13 on the author’s page.

“The Uncontrolled,” Mr. Astrowsky’s first book, and his second book, “A Holo World,” are both available on Amazon.
