Rose Law Group pc, the largest woman-led law firm in Arizona’s history, has added attorney Gregory E. Tomczak as senior litigation counsel.

Mr. Tomczak, who will be part of Rose Law Group’s litigation practice concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, employment litigation, major felony criminal defense, white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and responding to subpoenas and/or requests for information from government agencies.

Mr. Tomczak earned his Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School in 2002, and earned a B.A. in philosophy from Rutgers University in 1999, according to a press release.

Mr. Tomczak has had a long, successful and impressive career. He has served as lead counsel in over 20 jury trials and 40 non-jury trials. His former clients include former state governors, the former general partner of the New York Yankees, a multi-national hotel conglomerate, and many other multi-million dollar businesses and enterprises.

He has also represented individuals and business organizations engaged in health care, automobile sales and service, real estate development, government contracting, hotels, education, and much more.

In addition, Mr. Tomczak has litigation experience at the state and federal level, the press release stated. The longtime litigator has represented individuals and business organizations in complex commercial litigation. He has litigated in a vast array of areas including partnership disputes, contract disputes, employment disputes concerning unfair business competition and restrictive covenants, and construction disputes. He has won and successfully defended numerous multi-million-dollar cases.

“Greg is a national leader in litigation and white-collar criminal defense, and his diverse career will be an asset to the firm,” said Rose Law Group Founder and President Jordan Rose. “He has extensive experience in representing individuals and businesses, domestic and international. His knowledge will benefit our firm and our clients. I look forward to having Greg join the firm and see a world-class lawyer in action.”

In 2009, Mr. Tomczak was certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a criminal trial attorney, a distinction held by less than 250 attorneys in the state. In the same year, he was recognized in New Jersey Monthly magazine by Super Lawyers as a New Jersey Rising Star, then in 2015 as a Super lawyer in the areas of business litigation and white-collar criminal defense. An honor reserved for less than 5% of attorneys. He was ranked as one of the Top 50 Attorneys in New Jersey under the Age of 40 by the New Jersey Law Journal.

Then in 2020, Mr. Tomczak was named one of “America’s Most Honored Lawyers,” by the American Registry.

“I am honored to join Rose Law Group. I want to add some fire power to their already accomplished team,” said Mr. Tomczak. “I look forward to trying more cases and diversifying the firm’s already robust roster of clients.”
