Schnepf Farms has partnered with A World of Illumination--producers of “the world’s largest animated drive through holiday light experience.”
Christmas at Schnepf Farms, a World of Illumination, was slated to open the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, according to a press release.
“We are so thrilled to launch this new event with our partners,” said Schnepf Farms owner Mark Schnepf in a prepared statement.
“We believe we have something special to make your Christmas truly unforgettable.”
Visitors will experience a Christmas village that features ice skating, a vintage Christmas carousel, 4D state-of-the-art animated movie orchestrated by award-winning pianist William Joseph, cookie decorating with Mrs. Claus, hayrides out to see Santa’s reindeer, Santa’s Toy Shop, and a visit with Santa, the release said.
Plus, guests can enjoy Snow-glow mini golf, marshmallow roasting over open bonfires and the world’s largest inflatable Christmas-themed obstacle course.
A highlight of the experience is the World of Illumination train ride, a fully-lit “musical excursion through Santa’s magic portal,” the release noted.
Ride times should be reserved. The “enchanted holiday experience” is Nov. 26 through Jan. 4, operating nightly from 6 to 10 p.m. Tickets range from $20 to $35 per person and can be purchased at the door or with discounts at SchnepfChristmas.com.
Also, visitors may sign up at the website for a chance to win one of 500 family four-pack general admission tickets. Monday night is family night, and children 10 and younger, get free general admission entrance.
A portion of all ticket sales will benefit A New Leaf Foundation, added the release.
