Queen Creek council closed-door executive session June 3

Discussion related to the right-of-way acquisition for a project on Ocotillo Road, Signal Butte Road to Ironwood Drive, is a topic of the June 3 closed-door executive session of the Queen Creek Town Council.

The council meets at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Queen Creek Community Chambers, 20727 E. Civic Parkway, for the executive session.

Items on the agenda are:

  • Discussion and consultation with the town’s attorney and town representatives related to the right-of-way acquisition for Project A0115 Ocotillo Road: Signal Butte Road to Ironwood Drive.
  • Discussion and consultation with the town's attorney for legal advice and with the town's representatives regarding the Arizona Corporation Commission actions related to Johnson Utilities.
  • Discussion and consultation with the town’s attorney for legal advice and with the town’s attorney and town’s representatives regarding town-owned land in the Town Center.
  • Discussion and consultation with the town’s attorney for legal advice and with the town’s attorney and town’s representatives regarding loan agreements with the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona.
  • Discussion and consultation with the town's attorney for legal advice and with the town’s attorney and town’s representatives concerning the governor’s executive orders.
