Local landscaping company opens Garden Center Boutique

Posted

Jeff and Kim Jones of Riverside Rock and Boulder invite the community to the opening of their new Garden Center Boutique 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Oct. 10.

The family friendly event at 5545 W. Hunt Highway in Queen Creek will include a raffle, local vendors, food trucks, a petting zoo, face painting, balloon animals, a potting station and other fun activities for the whole family, according to a release.

Wearing masks and social distancing as needed is recommended at the grand opening.

The newly designed Garden Center Boutique will offer fall flowers from Dream with Colors Inc. as well as altman succulents, roses, cana lillies, hibiscuses, petunias and more.

There will be locally grown citrus and fruit trees; and Southwest landscape plants, shrubs and trees. Shop for home garden decor while visiting the newly designed landscape nursery, the release states.

A representative from Gro-Well, a naturally inspired company, will provide information on its organic soil products. Also joining with her artistic talents is Anita Lopez from Wine and Design of Queen Creek; she will offer a nursery-inspired art project.

The nursery will carry irrigation supplies, fertilizer, seed, potting mix, plants, trees, and shrubs. The landscape yard will carry decorative rock, pavers, turf, and construction aggregates. Artistic Pavers will also have a representative at this event, according to the release.
