Barney: We mourn the tragic death of George Floyd

Posted

The Town of Queen Creek joins the rest of the country in mourning the tragic death of George Floyd.

We value the relationships we have with our community and the safety of all residents and businesses continues to be our top priority.

We are in constant communication with the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office and our regional law enforcement partners.

Public safety is our top priority and this remains as we work to protect Queen Creek.

Editor's note: Gail Barney is the mayor of Queen Creek.
