Top home sale in Peoria goes for $1.55 million

The top three home sales in Peoria for the period of Aug. 20-27 were located in the 85383 ZIP code, according to Realtor. com.
The top home sale, 23955 N. 71st Ave., sold for $1.55 million on Aug. 27. The 5,517 square foot home on a 1.12 acre lot has 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.
The second most expensive home sale, 30660 N. 117th Dr., sold for $1.14 million on Aug. 21. The home sits on a 0.33 acre lot. No other information was available about his house.
The third most expensive home, 9334 W. Jj Ranch Road, sold for $875,000 on Aug. 20. The 3,091 square foot home on a 0.8 acre lot has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
