Salad and Go planned for Peoria

Posted

A new Salad and Go is being planned for the northeast corner of 83rd Avenue and Deer Valley Road, which is within the Fletcher Heights master planned community.

But first it will need to get approval from the Peoria Planning and Zoning Commission.

It will be on the agenda for the commission's public meeting Nov. 5

The company is requesting a conditional-use permit to allow for the construction and operation of this popular drive-through at 8628 W. Deer Valley Road.

The site is considered a planned-area development within the commercial center known as Deer Valley Marketplace Shopping Center, which is anchored by an Albertson’s grocery store.

Previously, the site was a Valero convenience store with gas station, however, the business closed in 2018.
