Haymaker location briefly closes due to COVID-19 case

The Lake Pleasant Parkway location of the popular Haymaker restaurant closed last week because an employee contracted COVID-19.
The establishment breifly closed to allow for sanitation and give staff an opportunity to get tested.
The restaurant has reopened.
Owner Joey Lucidi released a statement saying that over the next few days, "We will be open, but we ask for your patience as we may be a little understaffed to give staff the abity to get tested and make sure we are as safe as possible. ... Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding and as always, your support."
The Haymaker also has locations on Thunderbird Road and in Goodyear, as well as sister concept the Social on 83rd in the P83 Entertainment District.
