Five Below heading up to north Peoria

Lake Pleasant Towne Center, 9940 W. Happy Valley Pkwy., will welcome Five Below to its lineup of tenants in spring 2021.
The retailer will bring its $5-and-less fun to Peoria for the first time.
The Lake Pleasant Towne Center location will feature 10,818 square-feet of shopping possibilities for kids, teens and adults.
It will be located in between Tuesday Morning and Ulta on the west side of the shopping center.
“Five Below is all about putting an emphasis on experience-driven retail, and we look forward to adding their upbeat, anything-goes environment to our lineup of family-friendly tenants at Lake Pleasant Towne Center,” Angie Kory, vice president of leasing at Vestar, said in a news release.
Five Below carries an ever-evolving assortment of essentials for work and school from home, cell phone cases and chargers, cool room décor, pet products, yoga pants, graphic tees, beauty and wellness items, licensed collectibles, baseballs and basketballs, tons of candy and all the seasonal gotta-haves.
