U.S. Navy Chief Logistics Specialist Alejandra Banks, from Phoenix, dutifully serves aboard the USS Harry S. Truman.

As recent as Dec. 21, she directed sailors on the flight deck during a replenishment-at-sea between the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) and USNS Wally Schirra (T-AKE 8) in the Arabian Sea, according to a press release.

The Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group is deployed to the U.S. Fifth Fleet area of operations to support naval operations, ensuring maritime stability and security in the central region, connecting the Mediterranean and the Pacific through the western Indian Ocean and three strategic choke points, according to the release.
