Platinum Living Realty, an independent luxury real estate brokerage with five offices across Arizona, announced Michelle Roig has joined the brokerage.

With more than a decade of experience in real estate and a background in investment finance, Ms. Roig is able to work under pressure to deliver results for her clients, the company claims in a press release.

“We are thrilled to welcome Michelle to Platinum Living Realty,” Jay Macklin, co-owner of Platinum Living Realty, said in a prepared statement. “Her unique background and skillset add a tremendous value to our growing team.”

After a career in investment finance, Ms. Roig decided to shift gears and get her real estate license in 2008. Ms. Roig says despite the Great Recession hitting, she saw an opportunity to help people achieve their dreams.

“Being a realtor allows me to make a positive difference in the lives of my clients, whether it’s helping them with their first home or their forever home,” Ms. Roig said in a prepared statement. “I’m looking forward to building upon my skills at Platinum Living Realty to better serve my clients.”

Ms. Roig grew up in New York City, where she attended Fordham University and met her husband Michael, who is a director at ESPN. They live in Anthem with their two children.

Platinum Living Realty claims to take a different approach than traditional real estate brokerages by providing agents with customized coaching program highlighting five systems as well as a proprietary marketing package for their real estate agents.

The package consists of over 20 marketing tools to help effectively target and grow their businesses, a release claims. They also offer consistent and individualized coaching to work through challenges and obstacles that arise as well as abundant opportunities for generating new leads and clients.

Platinum Living Realty now has over 160 dedicated real estate agents helping home buyers and sellers navigate Arizona’s thriving real estate market.
